Welcome to Raahaa. By accessing or placing an order on raahaa.co.in, you agree to the following terms. Please read them carefully.

1. General

Raahaa is a D2C bedding brand owned and operated by Mansuri Textiles, based in Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India. These terms apply to all visitors, customers, and users of raahaa.co.in.

2. Products

All products listed on our website are subject to availability. We reserve the right to discontinue any product or modify product details, including pricing and color availability, without prior notice. We make every effort to display product colors accurately, however actual colors may vary slightly depending on your screen settings.

3. Pricing

All prices listed on raahaa.co.in are in Indian Rupees (INR) and inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Raahaa reserves the right to change prices at any time without prior notice. The price at the time of placing your order will apply to that order.

4. Orders

By placing an order on our website, you confirm that the information provided is accurate and complete. We reserve the right to cancel any order in the event of pricing errors, stock unavailability, or suspected fraudulent activity. You will be notified immediately if your order is cancelled and any payment made will be refunded in full.

5. Payment

We accept online payments via UPI, debit card, credit card, net banking, and Cash on Delivery (COD). COD is available across most pin codes in India. For COD orders, please ensure someone is available at the delivery address to make the payment.

6. Shipping

Orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days and delivered within 5 to 7 business days depending on your location. Shipping is free on eligible orders. The free shipping threshold, if any, will be displayed at checkout. Raahaa is not responsible for delays caused by courier partners or circumstances outside our control.

7. Returns and Exchanges

We want you to love your Raahaa bedsheet. If you are not satisfied, here is our policy:

• Damaged, defective, or wrong product: Contact us at support@raahaa.co.in within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and a clear photo of the issue. If the claim is approved, we will arrange a pickup and process a full refund or replacement at no cost to you. All shipping charges in such cases will be borne by Raahaa.
• Change of mind returns: Unused and unopened products in original packaging may be returned within 7 days of delivery. The customer is responsible for return shipping charges in this case. Refunds will be processed after the product is received and inspected.
• Non-returnable items: For hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns on bedsheets that have been used, washed, or removed from original packaging beyond inspection.

8. Refunds

Approved refunds will be credited directly to your original bank account or payment source within 4 to 5 business days of approval. COD refunds will be processed via bank transfer. You will be required to share your bank details for the same.

9. Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled before they are dispatched. Once dispatched, cancellations will not be accepted. To cancel an order, contact us immediately at support@raahaa.co.in with your order number.

10. Privacy

We collect only the information necessary to process your order and deliver it to you. Your personal data is never sold or shared with third parties for marketing purposes. For full details, please refer to our Privacy Policy.

11. Intellectual Property

All content on raahaa.co.in including text, images, logos, and design is the property of Raahaa and Mansuri Textiles. Reproduction or use of any content without written permission is strictly prohibited.

12. Limitation of Liability

Raahaa's liability in any dispute is limited to the value of the product purchased. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website.

13. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or related to these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Ahmedabad, Gujarat.
